MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Desert Diamond Casino invites all it's eligible Guests to join the Desert Diamond Club. The following rules apply to all Desert Diamond Club members.

1. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older to join the Desert Diamond Club .

2. Your membership in the Desert Diamond Club, and any bonus points or benefits to which you are or may be entitled, cannot be transferred. Your membership, points, or benefits may not be brokered, bartered, or sold, and may not be transferred upon death or as part of a civil or domestic relations matter.

3. Your must present a valid picture ID when you enroll in the Desert Diamond Club. To conduct transactions with the Desert Diamond Club, you must present your Desert Diamond Club membership card and/or valid picture ID. Valid picture ID is defined as a current and valid driver's license, state issued identification card, military identification, Tribal identification, Desert Diamond Club card or passport bearing the same name as the membership cardholder.

4. You must insure that your membership card is properly inserted into the card reader box while engaged in play. Any play with the membership card improperly inserted into the card reader will not generate the associated bonus points. You must present your membership card at Keno, Poker, Blackjack, or Bingo to receive the associated bonus points. Desert Diamond Club is not responsible for points lost due to an improperly inserted card or failure to present your membership card at specified gaming areas.

5. Desert Diamond Club management may, in its sole discretion, adjust any bonus point balance resulting from malfunction, operator error, and/or fraud.

6. Disputes regarding your eligibility for membership in the Desert Diamond Club, accumulation or redemption of bonus points, and your bonus point balance with the Desert Diamond Club will be resolved by Desert Diamond Club management, whose decision will be final and binding.

7. Duplicate cards may be issued upon presentation of proper ID. Desert Diamond Club is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

8. Complimentary services may be extended to members of the Desert Diamond Club, at the discretion of the Desert Diamond Club.

9. If you wish to redeem your bonus points for cash, you must redeem your points in $10.00 increments.

10. Employees of the Tohono O'odham Gaming Authority are not eligible for Desert Diamond Club membership.

11. Your use of the Desert Diamond Club card constitutes acceptance of the conditions of the Desert Diamond Club and its membership rules. Management reserves the right to change, alter, modify or withdraw any portion of the Desert Diamond Club, it's rules for membership, it's point accrual and redemption system, or it's promotions, in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice.
