DIRECTIONS:

Take I-10 and merge onto I-19 S (exit #260) towards Nogales, 12.9 miles. Take the Pima Mine Road Exit (exit #80). Turn left onto Pima Mine Road.

PARKING:

Paved lot with plenty of parking. Includes 30 spaces for RVs, Busses or Semi Trucks.

WILL CALL PICK-UP:

Desert Diamond Casino requires that customers picking up WILL CALL tickets furnish the following: 1) PICTURE IDENTIFICATION THAT MATCHES THE PICK-UP NAME 2) CONFIRMATION NUMBER THAT MATCHES THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

ALTERNATE WILL CALL PICK-UP:

If another person, other than the person ordering and paying for the tickets, is picking up a WILL CALL order, the ALTERNATE PICK-UP name MUST be on the account. To get the alternate pick-up name noted on the account, the original purchaser MUST contact Ticketmaster at (480)784-4444 or (520)321-1000, ask for customer service, verify account information and request alternate pick-up.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING:

Desert Diamond Casino offers accessible seating areas to accommodate our guests who require the assistance of mobility devices such as wheelchairs. Accommodation in accessible seating areas is limited, and therefore subject to availability on a first come, first served basis.

Because many of our events sell-out well in advance, Desert Diamond Casino strongly recommends that all guests requiring accessible seating expressly inquire about availability of tickets in accessible seating areas prior to ticket purchase. In the event that seating in accessible areas is no longer available for a particular event, we will make reasonable attempts to accommodate requests for additional accessible seating, but cannot guarantee such seating will be available. Attempts to accommodate additional requests for accessible seating will be subject to local fire code and safety requirements (e.g. capacity limitations and emergency exit/egress requirements).

For reference, designated seating areas are clearly marked on all Desert Diamond Casino seating charts and inside the entertainment venue.

When purchasing tickets at the Desert Diamond Casino box offices, you must notify the box office staff of your request for accessible seating prior to purchasing tickets. You may also Order your tickets and request accessible seating by phone at 480-784-4444, or online at Ticketmaster.com.

GENERAL RULES:

No outside concessions or alcohol allowed. No pets other than "assisting" animals. The Diamond Entertainment Center is a non-smoking facility. Smoking areas outside the building are available; however, guests must have their tickets scanned out prior to exiting the venue if they desire to be allowed back in for the event. No cameras allowed No laser pointers. No video cameras allowed. No recorders allowed. All ticket sales are final with no refunds.

CHILDREN RULES:

Not all events in the Diamond Center will be available to all ages. Please check the events ticket policies to determine show restrictions at the time of purchase. Everyone attending an event in the Diamond Center is required to purchase a ticket regardless of age.
